In brief, you should know the following about us: our company was established in 1995 and had been responsible for providing outstanding client services throughout Southeastern Washington ever since.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life by empowering Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing individuals and their families.  This is accomplished through the provision of appropriate services, opportunities and programs.  We strive to promote greater understanding and acceptance of hearing loss and Deaf Culture through education and sensitivity training.
